Samuel Update

Samuel is now 7 months old. He enjoys crawling on the floor and in the oak eaves. He likes to eat pumpking and squash, rice cereal and oatmeal. He still likes his momma's milk. He loves his sister. When Sam and Halene see each other first thing in the morning, they both laugh histerically. We wonder how long that will last. Samuel has a lot of energy most days and doesn't like to be tied down. He likes to put things in his mouth just to see what they might taste like. Sometimes Samuel looks like his dad, but most of the time, he looks like his mom. Other times he looks like his sister, who sometimes looks like her mom, but at other times looks like her dad. Samuel is learning how to put himself to sleep. He is getting better at it, but it isn't an easy thing to do when it is so fun to be out and about.


Samuel enjoys chasing his shadow and slapping it.

Samuel also likes to stand on all four and apparently doesn't like it when his knees touch the ground.
