Today Halene went to her first summer preschool class. She was ready to go by 7am, although it didn't start until 9. Our old neighbors, Halene's best buddies, were there too; so she just gave me a smooch and ran off into adulthood - at least, it seemed she was all grown-up. (Sam and I had some quality one on one time - turns out we've rarely been alone together.)
